GENERAL POLICIES:
Print: DANG designs will reprint any order that is below acceptable quality due to printer error. DANG designs is not responsible for content errors after client approval of proofs for printing and a reprint charge will apply. All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery and will require that all materials in question be returned.
Web: Any errors in coding will be corrected within 72 of notification. All design, code, and domains remain the property of DANG designs until the work order has been paid in full. Accounts over 30 days past due may have their site shut down or said work removed until account is paid in full.
SEO: DANG designs will provide the best possible options to get your site submitted to and optimized for the major search engines using 100% white hat (legal) means. Please refer to your estimate for specifics. We can provide itemized documentation of all work performed. We guarantee site inclusion in the major search engines within 6 months and do not guarantee any page ranking.
Shipping time and rates vary depending on the service ordered. Standard shipping time is 5 business days. This does not include turnaround time on print projects, standard turnaround time for printing is 6 business days upon proof approval. Refer to your estimate for specifics for your project.
